We have William Polen married to Ann Wheeler and to a second wife, Margaret Chambers.William and Ann Wheeler had 11 children, some born in Jefferson Co., OH, some in Greene Co., PA and others unknown.
William Polen is supposed to be the 9th chhild of Stephen POLAND (b. 1759 in Germany; m. ??; d. Jan. 4, 1819 in Harrison Co., OH.
William was the next to the last child and the only one to change the spelling of his name.
The only Nathan we have in this family is the son of William Polen and Ann Wheeler.I hope this helps.
