Rutha was not Noah's first wife. Noah married Anastatia
Gregory Rawlins in 1800. They had several offspring
including John Phillips, Nancy Phillips,Israel Phillips,
Amanda Phillips and Keen Phillips.
Amanda was my GGGrandmother who married James Wasson 1825
in Greene County Illinois.
I would like to share info and I am interested in the offspring of Noah and Rutha.
