Don't know much about their children at the moment, but I can give you their parents.I'm descended from their younger sister, Matilda Ann Proudfoot who married Eugenius McClain.

James Proudfoot b 1796 Leeds Manor, near Salem, Fauquier Co VA - d 4Jan1855 Hacker's Creek/Fox Grape Run, Philippi, Barbour Co WV m 19Nov1827 Elizabeth Reed (dau of Francis Reed and Arah ?).They had 6 children:
1 Arah Jane Proudfoot, b 26Sept1828; 2 Peter McGowen Proudfoot b c 1830; 3 Edith Proudfoot b 3Aug1832; 4 Francis Reed Proudfoot b 18Aug1834; 5 Matilda Ann Proudfoot b 27Jul1836; and 6 James William Proudfoot b 9Sept1838.

James Proudfoot was the 6th child of John Proudfoot II, b 14Mar1752 Kirkettle, Lasswade Parish, Edinburgh Co (now Midlothian), Scotland , d 1823 Fox Grape Run, Philippi, WV who married c 1786 Farquier Co VA, Leanor Hitt.

John II was the 7th child of John I Proudfoot 1708/09-1788Scotland who m 1735, Margaret Aiken (Aitken).

John I was the 4th child of Patrick Proudfoot c 1680- mar c 1700, Janet Hunter.Janet d 1711 and Patrick m 2nd Janet Welsh in 1717.
