Andy its Kate.Janet PROUDFOOT'S mother was Margaret Nobel and her father was James Proudfoot.He was a wheel wright of Scotsom near Kirkurd.Janet was born in 1811 at Newlands.There was a Catherine Proudfoot as witness and living in Edinburgh on Agnes and Duncan's wedding certificate.But I have not bee able to trace her further.

I have not bee able to trace Henriette's birth but I have found a Wilhemena who was born in Monifieth as was Thomas - I have not been able to find any more about Thomas
