Hello! I too am descended from John & Leanor thru Abraham Alexander Proudfoot.My great grandfather was Abraham Alexander's youngest son Joshua (1833-1916).My grandfather was Joshua's youngest child by his third marriage to Mary Margaret Lewis, Ervin Shafter Proudfoot (1899-1969).My father was Warren Harding Proudfoot (1921-1991).We are in chapter 4, page 117 of Dorsey's book.Dorsey is organizing the 4th World Proudfoot Family Reunion, June 24, 2000, in Philippi, West Virginia.
