Proudfoot connections to Scotland, 1775

I am looking for additional information on Jean Proudfoot who married Galvin Dalziel abt 1775. They had at least one child, John Dalziel born abt 1781 in Muirkirk Parrish, Ayrshire Scotland.Any information, or connections would be appreciated. I have information on John's descendants that I would love to share.
