Scotland to VA/WV 1800s

My line comes down from John Proudfoot II b 1751/52 Kirkettle, Laasswade Parish, Edinburgh Co(now Midlothian) Scotland--came to US and married @1786 Leanor Hitt b 1762 in Farquier Co VA.Both died in Hacker's Creek/FoxGrape Run, now near Phillippi, Barbour Co WV. Their oldest son James, b 1796 in Leeds Manor, near Salem Farquier Co VA married 11/29/1827 Elizabeth Reed, dau of Francis Reed and Arah unknown.They had 6 children.Their 5th, Matilda Ann Proudfoot married Eugenius W. McClain in 1855.Is anyone related to these?
