Here is another Willoughby Pugh.He was born about 1782 in Virginia and lived in Wilson County in 1805-8.He was married to Mary Harbour and lived in Wayne County Tennessee from 1830-1852.No clue as to who his parents or siblings were.His son, Elijah, was the sheriff of Wayne County in the 1850's.Elijah and Willoughby had a judgement perfected against them for an unpaid debt by the estate of Hiram Rogers.
