Sorry I cant help youI certainly have a Holden in my line married to a Pullen but not the one you mention.My group of immigrants to Canada are a little earlier than yours and I cannot at the moment find a connection.May I suggest you take a look at the most recent 2 pages of the Pullen forum where there is a spate of correspondence which, even if not totally relevant in itself, comes from folk who are researching the Canada connection.I would be delighted if you could pin down another immigrant whoconnected.
