You've seen the church records where her record should be.Is there any evidence of a gap in the records?With Methodists the records stay with the church; with Baptists sometimes some records stayed with a supply rider.If there is any evidence of a gap, you may need to track a specific preacher's records.The things that aren't where they ought to be can sometimes tell you something--if you can just (try and) figure 'em out.Keep me posted; I'm keeping you on my "Think" list.
