1. AMAN PIBURN, b. 1802.
2. JACOB PYBURN.
3. WILLIAM PYBURN.
From an online source: "William PIBURN, Jacob PIBURN along with their father Christopher PIBURN, signed the Petition To Establish Wayne County, Tennessee in 1819. The petition was submitted to the Tennessee State Legislature in 1819 by the people living in the area currently comprising Wayne and Hardin Counties. The original petition is on file at the Tennessee State Library and Archives and is available on microfilm roll number 6, Legislature Petitions. The petition is copied online in its entirety. There are 228 signatures appended to the petition."
2. AMAN PIBURN was born 1802. He married RACHEL ROBBINS December 25, 1823 in Overton County, Tennessee.
Notes for AMAN PIBURN: From the Diary of James Madison Coon and Nancy Iness (Miller) Coon on the Oregon Trail from Mercer County, Illinois to Clackamas County, Oregon in 1847. This was listed online a few years ago:
"Fri May 21st: One hundred fourteen wagons traveling together. Lost our Captain and are in camp on a branch of the Nimahau in four different places. Twenty miles. Wed. Jun 9th: Indians got inside of the guard. Shot at them 3 times. All right. Good camping so far. Cool. Eighteen miles. Thu Sep 30th: Came four miles to Barlow's Gate and paid five dollars toll to cross the Cascade Mountains. We came eight miles to a creek. No grass. Lost a cow at this camp. (From description, A. Piburn got her) Twelve miles. Pleasant."
This is thought to be Amon Piburn. He left Andrew County, Missouri about this time for Oregon, and could have joined up with the group in Northwest Missouri. Aman was called "Big Amon" Piburn.
