Quigleys in Philadelphia, PA

My grandfather Louis was born in Philly in 1906. Father's name was Edward L. Quigley and mother's name was Mary Jane (Moore) Quigley. Edward was born in 1861. Louis married Caroline Brogle in 1929.

Louis' parents must have died between 1900 and 1910, as there is no further record of them. I know he spent time in an orphanage, but not sure when that was. I also can't find his 1920 census, perhaps due to his being in the orphanage.
