Re: Ramanuskas from Lithuania in 1880's
Thanks for replying. I'm brazilian and live in the city of São Paulo. My greatgrandparents lived (in Lithuanis) in a place called Rura Kalnya (I'm not sure about the spelling). In the begining, this place was part of Poland, after the 2nd World War, it became part of Lithuania. They arrived in Santos (Brazil) in about 1932 and went to Lins to work in coffee plantations. When my greatgrandparents died, my grandma Wendy Ramanauskas and his brother Leonardas came to São Paulo.
