Dear Son:I received your letter of the 30th June.Which gave us much satisfaction to hear that your gaining in health also to hear that your wife is well.in your letter you Requested to come in as soon as possible.it will be out of my power to come Sooner than between the first and middle of August.You may look for me then if the Lord blesses us with health.Your Brother William is very Sick tho he is some better this morning.This leaves the Balance of the Connection well and to hope this letter may fine you in good health.John Tague Sends his love to you and would be glad to Se you and your lady.In this country I have nothing of importance to write.I close my letter by Subscribing my Self your Friend and Father until Death.
