I think I have links to the family you are talking about, but this is based on internet research (familysearch.org) and not yet backed up with actual documents

What I have to date is:

Benjamin RAYBOULD m. Phebe ROBINSON 26 Dec 1771

had lots of children..including

David RAYBOULD chr. 26 Oct 1788m. Hannah PEARSALL 27 Mar 1808

their children appear to be

Rosana (1816)
Hannah (1818)
Thomas (1823)
and
Benajamin (1814) m. Maria.

From Benjamin onwards I have the information backed up with censuses/BMD certs

children:

       Benjamin Rayould, b. ~1844
       Thomas Raybould b. ~1846
       David Raybould b. ~ 1849
       Eliza Raybould, b. ~1852
       Hannah Raybould, b. ~1855
       Joseph Raybould b. 1858

My family goes through Joseph, who married Selina COLLEY in 1881.

It would be great if you could confirm this or have extra information,
