George Redden and wife, Millicent Hoover of Canada

Hello,
I am trying to find anybody who might know who these people are.
My grgr grandmother was Bertha Helen Redden Bissell.
Bertha was born on Jan. 9 1872 in Windsor, Essex Co., Ontario, Canada. Bertha married John Herman Bissell. I do not no when or where they were married. Bertha died July 22, 1950 in Seattle, Washinton. On Bertha's death certificate it says her parents are George Redden and Millicent Hoover.
I am wanting to know anything about George and Millicent Hoover Redden.
I hope to hear from a new cousin.Thank you.
