Ann, Caleb, Catherine, and Mary Ann - NC to MO

I am searching for information about my gr-gr-grandmother, Catherine Redding/Redman/Redmond.I have seen her name spelled several ways.I am hoping that someone will read this and can maybe give me some clues.This is what I know for sure:

Catherine was born in North Carolina about 1836.Her brother Caleb was born about 1830, and a sister Mary Ann about 1838.Their mother's name is Ann, also born in North Carolina about 1815.Ann was probably married about 1830 to Mr. Redman/Redding and it appears that he died before 1840 in North Carolina.

Ann then married John Shrum (b. 4/1818 in Lincoln, North Carolina) about 1840 in North Carolina.The Shrum family is all listed on the 1850 census for Stoddard County, MO.

Both Catherine and Mary Ann married Stevens cousins in Madison County, MO.

Can anyone give me additional information about this family?
