Unfortunately, I cannot check out your data for the north GA Reddens because I have not followed that family. My Reddens apparently went from Greene/OglethorpeCo. to the Troup/Meriwether/Pike area.
However, in checking my census data I do find James Bledsoe in the same district in Greene Co. in 1820 as James Redden.John Redden is in the same county but different district.
In 1830, James Bledsoe Jr. and Sr. are in Oglethorpe Co.So is George Radin and Thomas Radin. They are 9 pages apart.Thomas Radin and James Bledsoe Sr. are about the same age.
Also - on the 1850 Union Co. census an Elisha Hedden is found on line 72, just below James Redden - both from SC.This might just be a conincidence or it could be a misread.Elisha is married to Caroline Butt.
Sorry I can't be of more help. It's possible our lines have a common ancestor buthad diverged way back. However, there are just lots of Reddens, Radins, Rodens, Reddings, etc. out there.A confusing mess.
Good luck with your research.
