Hi Mike,
A number of years ago I saw a comment you had made that Manfred Kollner had sent you an email stating he had found Heinrich George Rellerhenrich coming to America around 1866.
I also found a comment from Marlene Euteneuer & Margaret Laudenbach Fleck that stated: “George and his brothers were of an age to be called into service. He, and two of his brothers, left their home and family in Germany and stowed away aboard ship bound for America.”
I found the rest of the Reller family coming over in 1867. I’m mainly concerned with Franz Stephen (who was my great-grandfather).
There was a Franz listed with the family, but his age is shown as 22 (1845) & Franz Stephen was born in 1839. Franz is also listed as being younger than Therese, who is shown as being 25 & again Franz Stephen was older than her. There is a Franz John that was born in 1842 which could have been the Franz listed with the family.
My question to you is did any other brothers come over with George & do you know their names?
This question has been bothering me for quite some time, but I couldn’t find you listed on Ancestry.
Thanks,
Sharon Reller
