Will and Testament of Elizabeth Avery
In the name of God Amen, I Elizabeth Avery of Lempster in the County of Sullivan and State of New Hampshire being in weak of body but of sound and perfect memory blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
I give and demise unto my Nephew Phinehas RICHARDSON and his children all the lands which I now own in the said town of Lempster with the buildings thereon. I do also bequeath unto my five brothers Phinehas RICHARDSON, Nathan RICHARDSON, Richard RICHARDSON, Jeremiah RICHARDSON and John RICHARDSON and to my Sister Rebecah TUTTLE the sum of five Dollars each
I do also give and bequeath unto my two half brothers Theodore RICHARDSON and Nehemiah RICHARDSON and to my half Sister Sally RICHARDSON one Dollar each
Which said several legacies on sums of money I will and order to be paid in two years after my decease.I also give my oldest brother Phenehas RICHARDSON the privilige [sic] of living on my farm during his natural life if he wishes for the same.
I hereby appoint Ward SAMPSON Esquire sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of December 1832

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Avery as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names a witnesses thereto
