Isham "Ham" Richardson Will.
"Phyllis" found the chancery part of the Virginia Memories site and therein is the will of Isham Richardson called Ham who died in about 1787 or 88.It is a lawsuit pertaining to the will by the heirs and in the deposition by Drury Watson it says (on page 7 of 21) that Isham and Millinton are the sons of Frances http://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/case_detail.asp?CFN=049-1805-020http://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/case_detail.asp?CFN=049-1805-020
It names heirs John, Isham, Millinton, William, Mary, Frances, Patty, Ann, Betty Ann, and Sarah Anderson Spencer (granddaughter)
There are more lawsuits in this file by the heirs and by the drift of the statements it sounded like to me that the children of Mary may not have gotten along with the widow Frances and her new husband Drury Watson. The index part of the site is the followinghttp://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/default.asp#reshttp://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/default.asp#res
thanks to "Phyllis" for posting this great site.
