Mary Mathews Ringo

Looking for any information on Mary Mathews Ringo, dau of William Ringo and Priscilla Morris. Believe Mary married William Gibbons and lived in the Ellis and Navarro counties of Texas between 1850-1860. Would like to know what happened to her after 1860 census that has her in Ellis Co., Texas. Thanks for the help.
