Re: William Robertson, West Lothian Scotland, 1822

My father was James I.(inkster)Robertson, b1899 in Shetlands. He had a brother, William who,I believe,served in WWI. The family moved from the shetlands(mid-yell)to Edinburgh and descendants now live in E. Lothian. Try a scottish geneaology tree and try the name William Dees (Billy.) It sounds as if this is a related family but I don't think Willie ever came to the States.
