Hello, Art:No immediate candidate for this person appears in the published Rockwell ancestry of Norman Rockwell (found in James Boughton's 1903 Rockwell-Keeler genealogy.Possibly she was related to his mother, Anne M. Hill (m. Jarvis W. Rockwell in 1891 in New York City area).--Ken Rockwell
