Roman, Spain to Puerto Rico, 1700

My earliest ancestor was Sergeant of the Urban Militia Miguel Roman who lived in Arecibo, PR, c. 1700. He was son of Alonso Matheo Roman, who had migrated from Andalucia, Spain c. 1640 to Puerto Rico; and Juana de Lara Puerto. Miguel married Sebastiana de Rivera, and had a daughter named Geronima, born 14 April 1708.
