James, b. abt 1809 PA, is in Keokuk and Washington co. Iowa, 1844-1856. Married Elizabeth Clemons (1814-1865. Mentioned in father in law's estate settlement (1852).
Edwin J. Rosecrans married Elizabeth's sister, Amanda Clemons, (18142-1869) in 1868, Washington co. IA.
Anything on these two men would be welcome.
