Fred Rossow, wealth mill owner and manufacturer of Dundee, who disappeared two weeks ago, has been heard from. His daughter received a letter saying he was in Omaha, Neb., disguised as a laborer. According to the letter Mr. Rossow is working in a large Omaha factory and is mentally deranged. The receipt of this news has caused a sensation. When Rossow disappeared he left a letter declaring he "would end it all." Soon after, Chicago creditors an others who never had doubted Rossow's financial standing, piled up judgments against him, until it was necessary to put his vast holdings in the hands of a receiver. He will be brought home and placed in a sanitarium for treatment.
