My grandfather was Grover Marion RYAN, b 6 Sept 1889, Newtonville, Spencer County, Indiana. His father was George Asbury RYAN b 12 March 1850, Covington, KY. His father William J. RYAN b 1828 Ohio. The Grover you list is the only other one I have seen posted. There is probably no connection. I do have the spouses & syblings names, in case you are interested.
