Your post has a couple points of interest to me for my Sanders Genealogy:1) Your John Sanders Jr. is the right age to be the parent of my direct line ancestor, Lee (or Tom) Sanders.2) John Sanders Jr. named his son Stephen S. Sanders; my Lee named his 3rd son Stephen Smith Sanders.

Do you have a son of John Sanders Jr. born abt 1826 TN?My Lee (or Tom) Sanders married Susan Brown on Dec. 18, 1852 in Lincoln Co., TN.

We have a lot of information on Lee (or Tom) Sanders' family and would be glad to share.
