Hi Debbie,

I've only found a couple of records for Ann (as you do, in that time~frame). She married Richard WHITE, in 1816, at St Mary's Lambeth and lived in Cardigan Street, Lambeth in the 1841 & 1851 Census. In the latter she gives her birthplace as Stockwell, Surrey and her age as 61. No sign of her by 1861, (but half my family have failed to turn up on that, despite dozens of configurations of searches!)and several Ann WHITE deaths that might be hers.Richard (b. 1789) pre~deceased her and is buried at St Mary's, but I haven't found a match for her there.

I only, finally, picked up the marriage and her maiden name earlier this year.

She's my 4th Gt. grandmother.

Do you know anything of the family of Edward & Elizabeth SANGER of Lambeth?

Ann & Richard named their children:
Richard
Sarah
Benjamin
Rebecca
Edward Francis.

I have no idea of Richard Snr's parentage, but when I came across Charles & Edward and their families, of a contemporaneous age, I thought they may be brothers, and possibly brothers to Ann too.

If you've got any stray reference to Ann, it'd be welcome... or leads!!!
