I believe there are Christening documents for some of the Santee's aka Sandies, Senti, are in the Easton Library and Northampton Genealogical Society in Easton PA. I am not sure what they have right now, but John jr is fully documented in several websites and postings. John jr as he is known has a Revolutionary War record in the Pennsylvania Archives which are online or available from Footnote.com. One Rootsweb posting of several years ago was right on with all the details, but I can't find the posting anymore. One point you have to realize is that the Santee family has used the same name combinations for over 300 years. This could drive one nuts in trying to figure things out. Plus you have the soundex system i.e. "spell it like sounds" in some census and public records. Right now I am researching the 1600's Middlesex London online archives. John Santee born 1730 father was a Valentine Santee (yes John did have a son named Valentine), Valentine's father was a Christopher Santee aka St. Tee, Senti, Sandies. etc and from reading his ORIGINAL Will he had referenced has property in England. I suspect Christopher was born circa 1650 and I have found some potential connections.
