Cesar Sardiñas

I am looking for relatives or anyone who has information regarding my grandfather Cesar Sardiñas Canalejas, who was born in El Ferrol, Spain during the 1890{s.

I've been told that he left Spain for Cuba either as a young boy or as a teenager and grew up in Cuba, before he emigrated to Florida in the U.S. and later settled in the Dominican Republic, where he raised a family and had a career as a contractor.

My family in Santo Domingo knows little of his background and I would love to be able to trace him back via Cuba to Spain and find out how he came to Cuba and who raised him there, as well as whether there are relatives of ours in Cuba and Spain.
