Hello Marti,

The Sardiña's came from La Laguna in Tenerife. Anyonio Sardiña, born about 1616 and married to Francisca Rodriguez. They had a son, also from La Laguna called Andres Francisco Sardiña. He's the one that emigrated to Guanabacoa, Cuba. There he married Maria Antonia Ximenez y Gutierrez.
