Hi Lorry;

Charlotte was the daughter of Chris Sawyer and his wife Matilda Sedgewick.This is part of a Sawyer family who came to Ontario in 1836 from Quebec.

Charlotte was named after her father's sister.This Charlotte had a bit of a history, as did many of this Sawyer line.
