He is living near the community of Bald Prairie. In 1900, Augusta is living on 89 rented acres in Anderson County, he reports he had married within the year. In addition to two of his children by his first marriage, a grandson, Noah (Born Dec. 1889, Died May 15 1944 Gonzales County Texas; Certificate #22985), and a five-year-old female named Lille Mills (identified as a ward) are listed in the household.
