I had read Miss ellies follow ups then posted my own before I saw your message.I have an Andrew Scallion(1790-1855) from Herring cove and co of Wexford Ireland, his father was Joseph Scallion and his mother was Margaret Doyle all of Wexford.but my Andrew married Elizabeth Edwards of Lawrencetown and had Catherine Scallion (born 1830ish)who married John Johnson(Bear cove) and they had my g g grandmother Adeline alice Johnson The Purcells are invovled as well but may be your Andrew was a Jr? what was his year??
