My father, Winfried Schendel, and his mother (my grandmother) Margaret Schendel immigrated to the US from Hannover, Germany.My grandfather's name was Willie (sp?) Schendel.I have been told that he died in the war.This is all of the information I know.Are these names familiar to anyone?
