Re: schendel book

Hi Lorraine, My name is Gary Charles Schendel, I am a descendant from the Canadian side of the Schendel heritage. I lived most of my life in Winnipeg Manitoba on the Canadian prairies. My father Werner Frederick Schendel was from Wordsworth (Curt Hill) Saskatchwan and my mother Emily May was from Winnipeg Manitoba. My Grand parents were Karl and Anna Schendel from Germany and Zurich Switzerland. This info probably has no revelance to the Schendel book you refer to, but I would be very interested in any information you could provide about the Schendel name.
