Shank, Schenk

Does anyone know anything about the Westmoreland County, Pa Shanks?I have a Matilda Shank b. abt 1822 married to a Philip Peters.The www.familysearch.org site lists a Daniel Shank b. abt 1790 in Pa and dying in North Huntingdon, Westmoreland, Pa. which is the area that I am interested in.The parents of this Daniel are listed as Christian Shank and Susanna Myer.Christian is then traced back father to son to Ulrich Schenk.Is this correct?Does anyone know anything about Daniel?Thanks
