George Speck Schiller D.1946

Hello,
I newly read in a book about the Olympics
1920 that there was a certain
George Speck Schiller who competed
in the 400m running event and reached the semifinals.
Logically he would have been born between 1890-1900.
Does anybody have the exact birthdate and/or
birthplace of him? He died in 1946.
Would be grateful for an answer.
