The way I have it Marie Margaret was first married to a Schley, at Germany before 1749, she then married thomas Schley sometime before 1755 at the area of Pfalz, Germany (not a village or city, more like a county.), he died in about 1766.She lastly married Jacob Balzel 30 Nov 1766 at Frederick,Frederick Co,
Md. Thomas Schley was born at Morzheim, Pfalz, Germany.
She had two children born at Germany
Johannes Schleyabt 1749
Suffiah (Sophia) Schley abt 1755
Johannes may have been from the first marriage, the rest were all born in Frederick Co, Maryland from 1756 to 1766.

I have no record that Marie Margaret & Jacob Balzel had any
children together.

My wife's direct line is Suffiah Schley who married George
Eckman. at Frederick Co, Md.
