Re: Clemens & Anton
Do you know that a book exists , that contains an extensive list of about 15 generations of Schneiderhan . I guess , Davenport knows that book , because he uses the pictogramm of the book for his Martin Schneiderhan Ahnentafel . Martin Schneiderhan is one of several Schneiderhan who emigrated to USA in the 19th century , and most of them ( one exception ) disappeared . Only one branch , starting with Maximilian Schneiderhan born 18. Jun. 1844 living in St.Louis/Missouri is mentioned . Anton Schneiderhan born 27. Aug. 1833 in Nordstetten , for whom you asked , emigrated in 1860 and is one of the missing emigrants . His brother Leonhard born 2. Nov. 1820 in Nordstetten emigrated in the same year ( probably together with him ) and also disappeared . It seems , that you may have information what happened to them .
