Michael and Pamelia (Fredenburg) Scram went from Saratoga co., NY to Jefferson Co., NY where on 17 July 1845 their son, Isaac Newton Scram was born.There were two other children: John F. and William J.In 1854 the family moved to Albion, Oswego Co., NYIn 1880 Michael was age 65 with wife, Permilia, age 60 living with their son, William, age 20, who worked as a laborer.Isaac had a farm at Albion.In 1868 he married Frances Eaton, b. 1850.They had 3 children: Bertha C., b. 1874; Jennie M., b. 1876; and Ethel C.
