Scribner, Sydney 1818 NY

I am still looking for a Sydney Scribner born 1818 in NY and died 1888 Minn.He married Ann/Mary ? in 1840 and they had nine children.One of the children being my great-great grandmother Laura Ann who married William Barnhard.Any help on this line of the Scribner's would be greatly appreciated.
