I don't see any connection to your family, but think it is interesting that my grandfather, Bert Wilson Scribner, son of Levi Dennis Scribner, lived in Chanute, KS, also in southeastern Ks., as is Ft. Scott.He was born in 1874 in Waverly, IL. I wonder if they were related?For more on myfamily, see Message 554.I live in CA, but none of my Scribner relatives did.
