Re: 22 Generations!

I just found the name Sribner in a family obit.My great-grandmother had a daughert Anna B Hatcher.In my grandmothers obit she is listed as her sister Mrs. Anna Scribner, living in Pontiac, Mich.My grandmother died in 1936 and she was living in Junction City, Lane, Oregon at the time.

We know that Anna is on the 1900 census living in Missouri, Coos, Oregon.She is 8 years old and a twin brother Jesse.In the 1910 census her mother is divorced and living with her younger children.Anna would have been 18 by then and maybe married.I've not found her or her father on the 1910 census.

My great grandmohters family are mostly found in southern Oregon and northern CA
