Scudder/Minton

I am searching for ancestors of William Scudder b. 1813 in Greene County, Ohio who married Elizabeth Minton b. 1819 in Ohio. They have 3 children, Mary M., Albert T., and John W. I believe there is a connection to an Obediah Scudder who married Fanny Minton, possibly brothers/cousins married to sisters? Both families were from Greene County and they both moved to Delaware County, Indiana. According to census records William and Obediah's parents were both from New Jersey, Elizabeth and Fanny's parents were both from Virginia. William is my husbands 4 x great grandfather and I haven't been able to trace this line back any farther. Any information you have would be appreciated.
