No connection so far from the information you provided.I have also discovered another crossing of my ancestors with the Searles back in 1788.A John Searle (b. 11 Feb 1766) married my g-g-g-g aunt, Elizabeth Woodley (b. 14 Jan 1770).They had one son named John (b. 18 Jan 1789).Haven't crossed the bridge to connect these yet.Will keep you posted as more info becomes available.
