With your help, I have answered a few of my own questions. I found a death certificate for Ada. She died Ada Stephens. Her father was James Cash and mother was Eliza Wilson. Celestia Swains (sp?), informant on her dc, was undoubtedly her daughter. She was buried at Keytesville, MO. That may be the city cemetery.

There is a Melissa F. Shumaker, wife of Wallace, buried near James Shatto. She was born in 1860 and her middle initial is wrong so must not be his daughter.

I was also able to uncover some info. on sons Grover Eugene and Rocky Mountain (aka Rock M.).
