I also was told about the three Shaver brothers from Germany.I was told two went south and one went north.Also they were dark dutch. The Shaver's of the south is where my roots come from, N.C., S.C., AL.With ties to Kirk's, Link's, Bell's and Propist <-(not sure about that spilling)and more names that I do not remember.I was told that in the Smithsonian Institution there is a Shaver Bible from my tree, I do not know if this is true but I would like to know if it is. Clovis Thurman Shaver was my dad, his bro was David Kirk Shaver, and a sister Lara that became a Bell, there dad was Issac Postel Shaver.
